The trials which the cement pipes are subject to are: Visual and dimensional inspection; Trials of diametric compression; Trials of joint infiltration and impermeability, and absorption.
For cement staves (cellular galleries) Norm specifications are yet more rigid, for they require a customer agent to evaluate the products production directly at the chosen company and take shape proof during the gallery shaping act.
It is worth stating that in 2009, the ABNT NBR 15645 - Execution of sanitary sewage system and drainage of pluvial water works by using cement pipes and staves, has become legally forceful.
